All bookings made through our website are subject to confirmation. Prices displayed are per transfer and include applicable charges as shown at the time of booking.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely during the transfer. We reserve the right to terminate a service without refund if passenger behavior poses a safety risk or violates applicable laws.
Passengers are solely responsible for their own activities before and after the transfer, including participation in hikes, tours, or outdoor activities, and for arranging any personal travel, health, or activity insurance.
MAD Transfers maintains all legally required insurance policies, including passenger and liability insurance, which apply exclusively during the provision of transportation services and while passengers are being transported in our vehicles.
Our insurance coverage does not extend to activities undertaken before pickup or after drop-off, including but not limited to hiking, sightseeing, outdoor activities, or third-party services.
Passengers acknowledge and accept that participation in activities outside of our transportation services is undertaken at their own risk and are strongly advised to obtain appropriate personal insurance coverage.
All content, materials, and media on the MAD Transfers website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, are the property of MAD Transfers or its licensors.
